Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal ConsultantOracle EBS Solution Architect
We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect who will be responsible for designing supporting and evolving TaylorMades global Oracle ERP platform. This role partners closely with business and IT teams to deliver stable scalable ERP solutions across Supply Chain Manufacturing Order Management and Procurement. The position leads analysts and ensures ERP solutions align with business strategy and operational needs.
Responsibilities
Own the overall health design and evolution of Oracle EBS applications globally.
Serve as the primary ERP solution architect for Supply Chain Manufacturing Order Management and Procurement.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into end-to-end ERP solutions.
Design configure and optimize ERP processes to support business goals.
Lead functional and technical analyst teams across multiple projects and workstreams.
Create and maintain functional specifications and solution documentation.
Track project progress resolve issues and provide clear status updates to leadership.
Design and support product personalization and configuration using Oracle Configurator.
Drive continuous process and system improvements.
Act as the single point of contact during major production issues coordinating resolution and executive communication.
Collaborate with Enterprise Applications Service Desk developers vendors and partners.
Evaluate new technology requests support effort and budget estimates and validate business cases.
Champion ITIL processes and best practices.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Strong communication skills with business and technical teams.
Proven ability to support global ERP environments while delivering multiple initiatives.
Solid understanding of ATP demand/supply planning and order promising.
Experience with credit card processing banking integrations and security compliance.
Strong offshore team leadership experience.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Extensive experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) including:
oFinancials (GL AR AP FA iExpense)
oProcurement
oSupply Chain & Manufacturing
oConfigurator and Global Order Promising
Hands-on experience with SQL PL/SQL Forms Workflow Web Services AQ APEX.
Knowledge of Oracle EBS architecture and databases.
Experience with SOA Fusion and cloud integrations.
Experience supporting Oracle EBS R12.1 and R12.2.x.
