Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Odoo Virtual Assistant (VA) to support daily business operations using the Odoo ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing and maintaining Odoo modules assisting with data management generating reports and supporting internal teams with system-related tasks.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized tech-savvy and experienced in working with ERP systems particularly Odoo while supporting remote teams and ensuring efficient workflow across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain daily operations within the Odoo ERP system.
  • Assist with data entry updates and management across Odoo modules such as CRM Sales Inventory Accounting and Projects.
  • Create and manage customers vendors products and service records in the system.
  • Generate and maintain reports dashboards and data analysis using Odoo tools.
  • Assist with order processing invoicing and tracking transactions within the platform.
  • Provide technical and user support for team members using Odoo.
  • Help configure workflows automations and basic system settings when required.
  • Maintain data accuracy system organization and documentation.
  • Assist with integration of Odoo with other tools such as email platforms CRMs or project management systems.
  • Identify system issues and coordinate with developers or IT teams for troubleshooting and improvements.
  • Document processes user guides and system procedures related to Odoo usage.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working with Odoo ERP as a Virtual Assistant Administrator or Support Specialist.
  • Strong understanding of Odoo modules such as CRM Sales Inventory Accounting or Project Management.
  • Experience with data management reporting and workflow automation within Odoo.
  • Strong organizational and data accuracy skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic system issues and support team members.
  • Familiarity with business processes such as sales invoicing inventory or operations.
  • Excellent communication skills especially when assisting non-technical users.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
