Job Description:

The Scrum Master is responsible for enabling Agile teams to deliver business value effectively. This role coaches and supports teams in Agile ways of working facilitates Scrum ceremonies removes impediments and fosters a culture of continuous improvement. The Scrum Master partners closely with Product Owners Technology teams and Business stakeholders to drive predictable delivery collaboration and highquality outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups sprint reviews and retrospectives
Coach teams to become highperforming selforganising and outcomefocused
Support Product Owners with backlog refinement prioritisation and release planning
Identify and remove impediments that impact team delivery and flow
Protect the team from external disruptions and unplanned work
Promote transparency on progress risks and dependencies across Business IT and Operations
Foster a continuous improvement mindset through coaching feedback and experimentation
Encourage strong collaboration across crossfunctional and onshore/offshore teams

Skills and Experience

Proven experience working as a Scrum Master in an Agile delivery environment
Strong facilitation coaching and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work effectively in fastchanging and complex environments
Practical understanding of Agile principles with a handson delivery mindset
Experience working with Technology and Business teams
Preferred Qualifications: Scrum Master or Agile certification (e.g. PSM CSM)
Background in technology delivery software development or digital transformation is an advantage

Education/Experience:

Bachelor Degree
7-9 years of experience
