Job Summary
If you have a passion for building science a fantastic opportunity exists for a Facade Structural Engineer to join a highperformance structures team in Cape Town. This role focuses on delivering façade performance and architectural aesthetics on commercial highrise and luxury building projects.

- Develop highquality façade engineering solutions for commercial and residential buildings
- Support architectural and structural teams with design detailing and coordination
- Conduct site inspections and compile technical reports
- Liaise with architects contractors and the professional team
- Ensure design deliverables meet quality and project deadlines
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years façade or structural engineering experience
- Strong exposure to Autodesk Software Suite and Prokon
- Experience working on commercial offices highrise apartments luxury homes and mixeduse developments
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Able to manage deadlines and work well within a team
- Proficient in Office 365 (Teams Outlook Word Excel)
Qualification:
- BTech or BEng Civil Engineering Degree
