Job Summary
Solar PV Project Vaal Triangle Fixed-Term (6 months)
Requirements:
- BEng or BSc(Eng) in Electrical Engineering (preferred)
- ECSA registration as Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) or Candidate engineer
- 5 to 8 years in commissioning of power or energy projects
- Experience with grid connection protection systems testing and energisation
- Demonstrated involvement in commissioning planning SATs and performance testing
- Review the EPC commissioning strategy turnover philosophy commissioning procedures and test packs
- Confirm commissioning close-out and handover readiness by verifying completeness of commissioning dossiers test reports punch-list closure evidence as-built updates and O&M documentation for final acceptance certificate decisions
- Valid drivers license
