Job Summary
Our client a well-established structural engineering consultancy in Pretoria is looking for an experienced Structural BIM Modeler / Technician to join their team.
This is a senior-level position for a highly skilled modelling professional with a minimum of 10 years experience capable of working both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team on complex structural projects
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in structural BIM modelling and draughting
- Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD essential
- Extensive experience in modelling and drafting reinforced concrete and structural steel works
- Reinforcement detailing experience required
- Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently with minimal oversight
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills
- Experience with CadsRC will be beneficial
- Fluent in Afrikaans (essential) both written and verbal
- Valid drivers license
- Own reliable transport
