Find out more at .The Junior Client Relationship Manager-Asset& Wealth Management Services(AWMS) supports the management and development ofclient relationships with Family Offices Fund Managers and Asset Owners. Working closely with internal specialist teams the roleis responsible forensuringhigh-qualityclient engagement seamless coordination of services and consistent relationship coverage across the AWMS platform.
This role isclient facingandrelationship driven balancingresponsiveness commercial awareness and service coordinationto supportlong-termclient satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management
Act as a relationship support point for a portfolio ofFamily Offices Fund Managers and Asset Owners.
Build andmaintaintrusted working relationships throughregular client engagementfollow-ups and proactive communication.
Support the planning and execution ofstructured client touchpoints includingquarterly relationship reviews for established clientsand more frequent interactions for priority or growth accounts as.
Maintainaccurateand up-to-date records of client interactions preferences and service requirements.
2. Client ServicingCoordination& Regulatory Oversight
Serve as a first point of contact forday-to-dayclient queries ensuringtimelyresponses and effectivefollow-through.
Coordinate across internal teams to support the delivery of AWMS offeringsincludingfund administration&fund accounting regulatory & compliance services (e.g. ongoing compliance obligations filings governance support) corporate secretarial services tax advisory tax structuring and ongoing tax compliance.
Track client requests and regulatory deliverables through to completion ensuring timelines documentation and approvals are appropriately managed.
Escalate service regulatory or compliance issues to senior team members wheretomaintainquality accuracy and risk control.
3.RegulatoryCompliance &Tax AdvisoryRelationship Support
Support relationship coverage for clients withregulatory and compliancerequirementstax advisoryandstructuringneeds particularly infund manager andfamily office contexts.
Coordinate between clients and internalcompliance risk and regulatory as well astaxspecialists to ensureclear communication of requirements and timelinesand smooth progression of deliverables.
Develop a strong understanding of howrelevant regulatory frameworks and/ortax considerationsapplicable toclientoperatingand investment structures.
4. Client Experience & Relationship Outcomes
Contribute to positive client experiences throughresponsiveness consistency and attention to detail.
Support relationship continuity byidentifyingpotential issues early and addressing them constructively.
Assistin periodic reviews and feedback exercises helping toidentifyareas for improvement and strengthen client confidence.
Play an active role inmaintainingstablelong-termclient relationships through dependableday-to-dayengagement.
5. Business Support & Growth Exposure
Support Senior Business Development Managers inidentifyingopportunities fordeepening existing client relationshipsand introducingadditionalAWMS andother serviceofferings where relevant.
Assistwith preparation for client pitches proposals and presentations.
Participate in client events meetings and industry engagements alongside senior team members.
6. Reporting Billing & Accountability
Assistwith monitoring billing fee arrangements and recovery matters for assigned clients.
Ensure client information and engagement records supportaccuratereporting and relationship oversight.
Take ownership of assigned responsibilities with a proactive and accountable approach.
7. Risk & Professional Standards
Uphold the firms risk compliance and quality standards in all client interactions.
Identifyand escalate potential risks sensitivities or red flagsin a timely manner.
Ensure communications and documentation areaccurate professional and aligned with internal policies.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in business Finance Accounting Economics Tax or a related discipline.
At least 2-3 years of experience in client relationship management asset management fund services tax or professional services.
Prior exposure to Family Offices Fund Managers Asset Owners or financial services clients isadvantageous.
