In this role you will be responsible for embedding compliance into Swifts business operations. As a trusted advisor to assigned business areas in Technology Platform and Security you will help ensure compliance requirements are understood implemented and continuously improved in practice. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with teams to cascade compliance obligations identify risks or gaps make sure audits are being followed upon and delivery on time and propose practical solutions that strengthen compliance and support operational goals.

As part of the tribes/planning unit your responsibilities will also include:

• Acting as theprimary point of contactfor all compliance-related topics
• Serving as atrusted advisor ensuring compliance considerations are integrated into operations and decision-making
• Ensuring policies and controls areembedded in daily business processes
• Aligning with the team to ensure progress and tracking of compliance remediation actions
• Support the teams with audit compliance and risk-related discussions and reporting
• Support controls testing for different compliance frameworks
• Helping business teams understand their compliance obligations and challenging deviations or weak practices
• Cascading compliance culture and training initiatives in collaboration with the Global Compliance team
• Participating in discussions on new products tools or services to identify compliance implications early
• Monitoring and following up on compliance programme implementation providing feedback and identifying gaps
• Gathering input from colleagues to help improve compliance frameworks and processes

What will make you successful

We are seeking professionals with:

• 7 years of experiencein IT compliance regulatory advisory risk management or similar roles
• Experience in EU Digital Operational Resilience Act is preferred.
• A strong understanding of compliance frameworks policies and controls including ISO27001 ISO31000 ISAE3000 Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) exit strategy of SaaS vendors.
• Professional English language skills
• Self-starter with a structured process-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently
• Proven ability totranslate compliance requirements into practical processesfor business teams
• Impartial open-minded respectful and at ease with ethical dilemma
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills with experience interacting at senior levels
• Strong problem-solving skills with a pragmatic approach to compliance challenges
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic international environment
• High integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Passionate for continuous improvement and high-quality work deliverables
• Inclusive collaborative delivery-focused and with strong stakeholder management skills
• Strong communication (written and oral) and presentation skills
