Job Summary
Main Responsibility
- Manage and maintain employee data in HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow.
- Process new hires leaves separations employee status changes and other employee lifecycle events.
- Ensure that all necessary documents and approvals have been received and information is entered accurately into the system.
- Maintain electronic employee files and records to meet record-keeping requirements.
- Respond to employee and HR queries via ServiceNow.
- Perform regular data audits and validations to ensure data integrity.
- Ensure accuracy consistency and confidentiality of employee records.
- Collaborate with HR Payroll and IT teams to resolve data-related issues.
- Participate in system testing data clean-up and process improvement initiatives.
- Document procedures and maintain up-to-date process guides.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders using Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
- Support compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to employee data.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Information Systems or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in HR operations data management or shared services environment.
- Hands-on experience with Workday and ServiceNow for HR data processing and ticket handling will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas PivotTables data formatting) will be an advantage.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook Teams and PowerPoint will be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with HR processes such as onboarding offboarding and employee lifecycle management.
- Basic understanding of data privacy regulations.
- Prior experience in a HR Shared Services will be an added advantage.
