Position Description
We are looking for an MDM Developer with strong experience in TIBCO EBX and 5 years of overall experience
Responsibilities:
We are looking for a motivated Junior MDM Developer with 23 years of experience in application development or data management to join our Master Data Management team.
In this role you will contribute to the configuration and development of TIBCO EBX solutions support integrations with enterprise systems and assist in implementing data governance and stewardship processes. You will work closely with senior developers and business stakeholders learning to manage MDM solutions independently over time.
. Assist in the design configuration and development of EBX MDM solutions.
. Implement and maintain data models workflows and user roles under guidance.
. Develop basic Java/JavaScript scripts for validations business rules and UI customizations.
. Support data migration integration and testing activities.
. Help maintain data quality and governance processes ensuring consistency across systems.
. Troubleshoot basic EBX issues and escalate complex problems to senior developers.
. Prepare and maintain technical documentation user manuals and training materials.
. Write and optimize basic SQL queries for data validation and reporting.
. Gain exposure to REST/SOAP APIs and integration practices used with EBX.
. Continuously learn and adapt to enterprise MDM processes and functionalities to align with evolving business needs and enhance solution effectiveness.

Must-Have Skills:
MDM Developer with strong experience in TIBCO EBX and 5 years of overall experience
Good-to-Have Skills
. 23 years of experience in software/application development or data management.
. Experience with Java and/or JavaScript for scripting and customizations.
. Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases is important.
. Understanding MDM concepts such as golden record data quality and data governance.
. Strong problem-solving skills willingness to learn and adaptability.
. Good communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment are important.
