Ready to make a real impact in a fast-growing globally recognised tech company Were on the hunt for an Account Executive who thrives in the Mid-Market and Commercial space and is excited to take ownership of the Swiss and Austrian markets from our Amsterdam hub.
This isnt just another sales role youll be at the heart of helping businesses across the Alps region transform how they communicate collaborate and get work done. If youre fluent in German love building relationships and know how to close meaningful deals you might be exactly who were looking for.

With innovation at the core the team plays a key role in shaping how businesses embrace modern communication and AI-powered collaboration.
Responsibilities
Owning the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed deal across Mid-Market and Commercial accounts
Building and growing strong relationships with customers in Switzerland and Austria
Identifying customer challenges and positioning solutions as a strategic collaboration and AI productivity platform
Consistently achieving (and exceeding) revenue targets across a broad product suite
Running engaging discovery conversations with C-level and VP stakeholders
Delivering standout demos proposals and business reviews that clearly articulate value
Expanding existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Working closely with partners and leveraging the channel ecosystem to drive growth
Collaborating with Sales Engineering Marketing and Customer Success to win as a team
What were looking for
4 years experience as an Account Executive in SaaS or technology sales
Strong background selling cloud UCaaS CCaaS or collaboration platforms
Fluent German and English (French is a bonus!)
Proven success in the Mid-Market / Commercial segment
Experience working with partners and selling through the channel
A track record of closing new business and growing existing accounts
Have good experience managing full-cycle sales processes and pipeline development
Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers
Highly organised self-motivated and driven to win
