Job Summary

We are seeking a B2B Key Account Specialist to join our Benelux Sales team at Fossil Group in Hoofddorp Netherlands (Benelux). If you are passionate about building strong customer relationships and enjoy working with data to drive commercial decisions this could be the perfect role for this dynamic and global company you will support key retail partners optimize assortments and help deliver sustainable sales growth across the Benelux you will do in this roleAct as the primary operational point of contact for key B2B accounts in Benelux building strong relationships with buyers and providing day-to-day account supportDevelop tailored product assortments and proposals based on sell-in and sell-out data managing key figures such as sales returns on-order and marginsManage end-to-end order and supply chain coordination including order entry backorder monitoring and delivery planning in close collaboration with the central warehouseMaintain accurate customer master data and supply chain administration (e.g. new customer set-up freight and shipment requirements terms and conditions invoicing flows and shipment tracking)Conduct regular performance margin and resale analyses prepare reports and dashboards and translate insights into concrete actions for the sales team and Head of SalesCollaborate closely with trade marketing and e-commerce/content teams to execute campaigns ensure accurate and engaging product content and support marketing plans with key customersWho You Are13 years of commercial experience in key account support sales operations or a similar role ideally within an (online) retail environmentStrong analytical skills and advanced Excel capabilities comfortable working with large data sets to generate actionable insightsProficient with ERP and CRM systems (ideally SAP or similar) and quick to learn new tools and reportsHighly organized with strong planning and prioritization skills able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines independentlyFluent in Dutch and English both written and spoken; additional Benelux languages are a plusA collaborative team player with a positive hands-on attitude and strong problem-solving mindsetCustomer-focused and commercially minded with a genuine interest in watches jewelry or fashion considered a plusWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation and benefits packageSupport for work-life balance including time-off programsHybrid work opportunities where applicableLearning and development supportEmployee product discountsAn inclusive collaborative and values-driven workplace
