Business Analyst with German (mfd)

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Support IT project portfolio planning and coordination
  
• Gather analyze and manage business requirements
  
• Contribute to the development of agile business concepts
  
• Assist in defining implementation strategies
  
• Support the design and evaluation of IT solutions and alternatives
  
• Coordinate and support the deployment of IT solutions including:
  
• Rollout planning and execution
  
• User onboarding training and communication
  
• Organize and support user assistance during post-go-live ramp-up phase
  
• Ensure implemented solutions align with business requirements
  
• Support ongoing operations and continuous improvement

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field
  
• Strong understanding of business processes and IT environments
  
• Ability to identify risks and vulnerabilities and propose preventive actions
  
• Knowledge of IT solutions and best practices on the market
  
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager (for SAP-related projects is a plus)
  
• Experience working with Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum)
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  
• English Excellent
  
• German Min B2
