Job Summary
We are looking for a Core Business Planner to join our team. In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Driving customer and stakeholder success through clear proactive and streamlined communication
- Deliverexceptionalcustomersatisfactionbyensuringon-timedeliveryandby driving effective backlogmanagement
- Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and the Customer Operations team to enable seamless execution
- Managing customer escalations and developing effective timely resolution strategies
- Preparing analyzing and consolidating reports to support informed management decisionmaking
- Supporting quarterly revenue achievement by facilitating operational execution across the Supply Chain
- Championing a Continuous Improvement mindset and contributing to process enhancement initiatives
For This Role You Will Need:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Economics Business or a related field.
- Relevant experience in a similar position.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Knowledge of Oracle and Kinaxis Maestro is an advantage.
