Description
We are looking for a Core Business Planner to join Emerson NI and support our global this role you will contribute directly to customer satisfaction and business success by ensuring ontime delivery effective backlog management and strong collaboration across teams. In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Drive customer and stakeholder success through clear proactive and streamlined communication
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by supporting ontime delivery and effective backlog management
- Collaborate closely with internal partners and the Customer Operations team to enable seamless execution
- Manage customer escalations and develop timely effective resolution strategies
- Prepare analyze and consolidate reports to support datadriven management decisions
- Support quarterly revenue achievement by enabling operational execution across the Supply Chain
- Champion a continuous improvement mindset and actively contribute to process enhancement initiatives

For This Role You Will Need:
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Economics Business or a related field
- Experience in a similar planning supply chain or operational role
- Strong English communication skills both written and verbal
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with Oracle and/or Kinaxis Maestro is considered an advantage
