About this opportunity:
The Senior Shared Services Advisor IT Training & Experience plays a key role in enabling effective adoption of Cenovus IT services. This role designs and delivers highquality userfocused training that improves capability reduces operational friction and enhances the overall enduser experience. With an enterprisewide scope this role partners closely with IT and business teams to translate technical concepts into practical accessible learning solutions that support consistent use of technology across the organization.
What youll do:
Identify enduser IT training needs in partnership with IT and business stakeholders
Design develop and deliver training in multiple formats (documentation virtual selfserve content)
Translate technical information into clear userfriendly learning materials
Support ITrelated change initiatives to drive adoption and improve user experience
Build and maintain strong relationships with IT teams (EUC Infrastructure Applications Cyber Security) and business partners
Continuously improve content based on feedback and adoption outcomes
Create enablement materials such as job aids guides and digital content
Who you are:
Our ideal candidate will have the following minimum requirements:
Legally authorized to work in Canada
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business Communications or Education.
8 years overall experience in progressively senior roles specializing in IT business or adult training and development
2 years experience in instructional design adult learning principles and training delivery across multiple formats
Strong understanding of enduser IT environments including EUC enterprise applications collaboration tools and IT service delivery models
Demonstrated experience supporting large multilocation organizations and enterprisewide technology changes
Certifications in Instructional Design Adult Learning Change Management or ITIL are assets
