Howard University Hospital is seeking an experienced Telecommunications Administrator to manage and support the hospitals enterprise voice and communication systems. This role ensures the reliability security and performance of critical telecommunications infrastructureincluding VoIP PBX call center technologies and paging systemsthat support clinical operations patient communication and hospital-wide coordination.
The Telecommunications Administrator works closely with clinical departments IT infrastructure teams and external vendors to maintain mission-critical communication systems that operate in a 24/7 healthcare environment.
Education
Bachelors degree in Telecommunications Information Technology Computer Science or a related field required.
Experience
Minimum 35 years of experience managing enterprise telecommunications or unified communications systems.
