Were seeking a visionary leader in Data Analytics and AI to accelerate the future of our Retail Bank. As part of the Customer Interactions Tribe within the Growth Tribe youll lead the development and execution of data-driven capabilities that power personalised customer experiences smarter decisioning and operational excellence. This role is central to how we connect with customers anticipate their needs and deliver differentiated value.
As Product Area Lead Advanced Analytics & Intelligent Solutions youll drive a multi-year analytics and AI strategy that transforms core Retail Banking processes and outcomes. Youll guide teams to shape and deliver advanced analytics machine learning and intelligent solutionsembedding them into journeys across lending deposits engagement and service. Your leadership will influence strategy at the highest levels while also enabling hands-on delivery that achieves measurable commercial results.
