Job Summary
Provide occupational therapy services to clients in their home.
Work Schedule: Casual; Monday-Friday 8-4:30 on a PRN basis
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Complete continuing education as required by state licensing boards
- Minnesota (MN) or Wisconsin (WI) Occupational Therapy license upon start date
- Must provide proof of MN and WI Occupational Therapy license within 4 months of start if both MN and WI Occupational Therapy licenses are not present on start date
- Must have vehicle valid drivers license with auto insurance and meet all criteria required under Lakeviews Automobile Liability Guidelines
- Current BLS American Heart Association or BLS American Red Cross (CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer & Health Care Provider)
- Ability to read write and speak the English language
