What Youll Do as a COTA

• Assisting the OTR in performing evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans
• Implementing therapeutic activities to improve residents strength mobility and independence in daily living tasks
• Supporting residents with adaptive strategies equipment use and fall prevention
• Monitoring and documenting residents progress accurately
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team to achieve therapy goals
• Providing education and guidance to residents and staff on safe function and independence
