Job Summary
Job Title: Occupational Therapist (Outpatient Rehab)
Location: Cumming GA
Type: Local & Travel Accepted
Shift: MondayFriday 8:00 AM 6:15 PM (Hours may vary)
Duration: 13 Weeks
Position Overview:
The Occupational Therapist will provide outpatient rehabilitation services in a multidisciplinary clinic supporting a wide range of specialty therapies including hand therapy lymphedema neuro and sports rehab.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1518 months recent OT experience Required
Active Georgia Occupational Therapy License Required
AHA BLS Certification Required
Lymphedema Certification Required
Outpatient rehab experience Preferred
Experience with specialty rehab (neuro ortho sports etc.) Preferred
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat outpatient rehabilitation patients
Develop individualized therapy plans for functional recovery
Provide lymphedema and specialty therapy treatments
Support multidisciplinary rehab services (PT OT SLP collaboration)
Assist with advanced therapy programs (vestibular aquatics Parkinsons wound care etc.)
Document patient progress and outcomes
Ensure safe and effective treatment delivery
Coordinate care across specialty rehab services
