The recruiter will support a wide range of salaried roles within manufacturing from production supervisor to procurement positions located across the Prysmian footprint in North America. This is a fast-paced multi-faceted role where a strong sense of urgency is essential requiring the ability to manage diverse job profiles and shifting priorities in a dynamic setting. The recruiter position is located onsite in McKinney TX.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Partner with hiring managersto understand their needs and offer insights on market trends diversity strategies and hiring best practices.
- Get creative with sourcinguse a mix of tools and techniques to build a strong diverse pipeline of candidates.
- Screen and present candidatesin a timely and consistent way.
- Deliver a great candidate experiencefrom first contact to job offermaking sure every interaction reflects our values.
- Build and maintain talent pipelinesfor future roles using our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Keep communication flowingyoull be the go-to for updates throughout the hiring process.
- Champion diversity and inclusionin every step of recruitment.
- Support interview schedulingwhen needed.
- Ensure timely follow-upwith candidates including closing out applications in Workday.
- Strengthen our employer brandby building relationships with colleges and universities.
- Stay compliantwith hiring policies and documentation.
- And of coursepitch in with other recruiting tasksas needed!
What Were Looking For:
- A bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Strong sourcing skillsespecially with passive candidatesusing tools like social media job boards networking and referrals.
- Solid understanding of recruiting processes and how to attract a diverse range of candidates.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (Workday experience is a plus!).
- Forward thinking problem solver.
- Familiarity with hiring laws and best practices.
- Experience in a global business environment is a bonus.
- Great multitasking and project management skills.
- A recruiter who can communicate openly and confidently engaging in honest conversations with candidates and hiring managers to ensure the right hiring decisions are made even when its not easy.
