Job Summary
Position Description:
The Jr. Back Office for will be is responsible for invoicing/billing the US Government and customers for these associated US Government Service Programs as mandated by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) as administered by the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC). During its work RECO provides Compliance Oversight Sales Compliance and the management application and monitoring of all activity and discounts as required by law.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
. Ability to carry on basic conversation in English (verbal and written)
. Proficient in Microsoft Excel
. Exceptional attention to detail and good analytical skills
. Strong organizational and time management skills
. Ability to multitask and prioritize regularly to manage changing work needs
. Typing speeds greater than 65 WPM
. Basic Computer and Internet Literacy.
. Graduate or undergraduate of any AB or BS degree
. Minimum of 2 years Back Office experience
. Work experience in Back office is an advantage but not a requirement.
