Job Summary

Were looking for Customer Support Associates to support a retail account through back office processing chat and email. This is a nonvoice role focused on delivering clear accurate and customerfocused support across written channels.

Youll work with customer enquiries order updates and account concerns ensuring each interaction is handled with care attention to detail and a strong service mindset.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries via chat and email
  • Complete back office tasks such as data updates order processing and case documentation
  • Provide accurate professional and empathetic written responses
  • Follow retail processes policies and service standards
  • Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate teams when required
  • Maintain clear and complete records of customer interactions
  • Meet quality accuracy and turnaround time expectations

What were looking for

  • Strong written English communication skills
  • At least Senior High School graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year BPO experience preferably in back office chat or email support
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Comfortable working with multiple systems and tools
  • A customerfirst mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Willing to work onsite in Ortigas Pasig
