Description

Cluster Lead Provisioning & Performance is responsible for timely & cost-effective Customer Service Delivery & Assurance Network Projects & Operations within the cluster.

Major responsibilities include:

  1. Tracking of the provisioning & performance activities for network & customer delivery & assurance share the progress and resolve any concerns.
  2. Manage existing ongoing and new projects while meeting the cost & quality requirements. The ability to multitask and work in coordination with multiple departments / teams is a must.
  3. Network rollout identify and rectify project implementation problems with innovative solutions. Ability to pick the most effective work practices to meet the intended objective.
  4. Responsible the aerial and underground construction and Network engineering requirements for LMs BH and Core fibre NW creation. The aspirant will have to develop mitigation and restoration methods to meet emergency conditions.
  5. Responsible for managing the project expenditure create progress reports and recommend solutions to management.
  6. Undertake mathematical and statistical analyses and prepare reports related to service delivery & execution activities.
  7. To maintain safe working habits and conditions as per the regulations and policies.
  8. Monitor the quality of network operation and maintenance with the MS provider in the cluster and customer installation & fault repair with the CPO vendors.
  9. Attend statutory meetings with DoT Urban Development department Standing Broadband Committee
  10. Remain updated on the State Local bodies Central Government guidelines polices and taking requisite actions.
  11. Attending to Property Tax related matters and timely payments

The aspirant forCluster Leadrole must have in-depth understanding about the Telecom NWs and execution practices. The role will handle issues related to customer management for service delivery fibre network electronics deployment and network management.

  • Determines the scope budget and schedules for customer service delivery existing and new projects.
  • Submits weekly project status reports to the reporting managers.
  • Delivers within the stipulated time.
  • Follows engineering standards and work as per market engineering specifications.
  • Maintains records of all projects
  • Inspects deployments of customer deliveries as per the quality standards

Working experience with prominent telecom operators for Service Delivery Network Design build-out and Operations
PGDM/B.E./ (Telecom/Communication/Instrumental)

12 to 15 Years of telecom Design Implementation execution and Operations
