Job Description
Our client is a prominent industry-leading organization specializing in bespoke performance improvement incentive and loyalty program solutions based in the Western Cape. They partner with top-tier enterprise clients to design and deliver sophisticated technology platforms that drive engagement and retention.
Performance Objectives for Year One:
- Orchestrate End-to-End Delivery: Successfully lead and deliver 2-3 complex high-impact loyalty technology implementations within the first 12 months managing the full lifecycle from conceptualization through to deployment and optimization.
- Bridge the Technical-Business Divide: Act as the primary strategic liaison between technical delivery teams (Devs QA DevOps) and non-technical business/client stakeholders successfully translating complex technical specifications into actionable clear insights to ensure 100% alignment on project scope and deliverables.
- Optimize Agile Velocity: Audit implement and optimize Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) across cross-functional teams visibly improving delivery velocity and reducing release bottlenecks by the end of Q3.
- Elevate the BA Team: Lead mentor and foster a high-trust collaborative culture for a team of Business Analysts across various levels driving the adoption of new delivery practices and improving overall team productivity.
- Drive Proactive Risk Mitigation: Architect and execute robust risk management and contingency plans effectively coordinating incident response to ensure critical client-facing projects are delivered on time and within budget with minimal escalations.
