Job Summary

Description

Honeywells Trade Compliance team ensures compliance with international trade regulations and manages the import and export activities of the company. We work closely with various functional teams such as Legal Finance and Supply Chain to ensure smooth and compliant cross-border transactions. Our team plays a crucial role in maintaining Honeywells reputation as a trusted global partner.

You will report directly to our Director of Trade Compliance and work out of our Phoenix AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the broker management function and drive the development and execution of broker strategies.
  • Define and prioritize broker opportunities and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement broker programs.
  • Develop and implement broker management compliance policies and procedures.
  • Ensure broker compliance with import and export regulations.
  • Identify document and report compliance gaps and risks to senior management.
  • Stay updated with changes in broker compliance regulations and communicate the impact to management.


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in broker management or related roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing broker relationships.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with broker management tools and technologies.

  • Ability to adapt to changing regulations and requirements staying updated with industry trends and best practices
  • Experience with trade compliance software such as SAP GTS and other digital tools to manage and streamline compliance processes
