Job Description:
As a Organizational Change Management Specialist you will lead complex enterprise level change initiatives by developing and executing strategies that drive adoption reduce resistance and ensure sustainable outcomes. You will partner closely with executives project teams and stakeholders to assess organizational impacts design communication and training approaches and embed change readiness into project delivery and organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute change management strategies for enterprise initiatives across the full project lifecycle.
- Assess organizational impacts and readiness identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
- Design and deliver communication plans translating business and technical changes into clear messaging.
- Develop and execute training plans and adoption strategies tailored to stakeholder needs.
- Facilitate workshops leadership sessions and large group presentations to support alignment.
- Use data and metrics to track change effectiveness and inform decision making.
- Partner with executive sponsors and project teams to integrate change practices into delivery efforts.
- Mentor project team members on change management tools methods and best practices.
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining quality and consistency.
Required Skills Experiences Education and Competencies:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications Information Systems Marketing Public Relations or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting enterprise level projects and initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of organizational change management methodologies and tools.
- Proven experience developing professional communications training or marketing materials.
- Advanced written verbal and presentation skills including facilitation of large groups.
- Ability to work independently in a self directed remote environment.
- Strong analytical critical thinking and prioritization skills.
- Experience collaborating with senior executives and project sponsors.
- Familiarity with professional design tools and Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms.
The hourly range for roles of this nature are $50.00 to $70.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills experience location and industry.
