Position Summary
RieLes Group is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee a healthcare staffing program supporting the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Clinical Center in Bethesda Maryland. This position will manage contract personnel ensure staffing coverage and serve as the primary liaison between the company and the Government
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact with Government leadership for contract performance
Manage recruitment onboarding scheduling and supervision of contract staff
Ensure staffing coverage for mission-critical healthcare operations
Monitor employee performance staffing levels and compliance requirements
Coordinate reporting timekeeping and contract deliverables
Address personnel issues and ensure adherence to federal and NIH policies
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Business Administration Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 5 years of program or project management experience
Experience managing healthcare or staffing operations
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
Experience supporting federal government contracts or healthcare environments preferred
Candidates with experience supporting NIH VA DoD or federal healthcare contracts are strongly encouraged to apply
Work Location
This position is full-time and on-site at the NIH Clinical Center in Bethesda Maryland
