Job Summary

Our client is looking for a Scrum Master with true Springbok spirit someone who can lead a highperformance squad run worldclass ceremonies and keep delivery flowing like a wellexecuted game plan.

Duties & Responsibilities

Youll clear blockers like a dominant forward pack align the team around sprint goals and drive continuous improvement across the organisation. Working closely with product owners and developers youll ensure the team stays disciplined focused and always pushing toward the try line.

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2 years experience as a Scrum Master within software development teams
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban)
Proven experience facilitating sprint ceremonies and backlog refinement
Ability to identify and resolve impediments efficiently
Strong communication and stakeholdermanagement skills
Experience working with tools such as Jira Confluence or similar
Ability to coach teams and support continuous improvement initiatives
Familiarity with software development practices and delivery pipelines

Qualification:
Relevant IT Degree or Diploma
Certified Scrum Master (CSM PSM I or equivalent)
Additional Agile certifications beneficial
