About the role
We are looking for a StrategyManagerto join theStrategy function and support the strategic journey of Maerskby supporting a business unit or function.As aStrategy Manager you will be the trusted advisor and sparring partner to the respectiveLeadersof that area.You together with the respective Senior Strategy Partner willdefine and drive the strategic agenda and priorities of the respective business or function and ensure that it is aligned with Maersks long-term strategy.

Key responsibilities
You will be part of ahigh-performingStrategyteambut also a strong individual contributor for your respective areaand:
Support the Strategyteam in driving the APMM corporate strategy work towards the annual strategy review with CEO and Executive Leadership Team to set the long-term direction for the company.
Support in translatingtheMaersk enterprise 2030strategy to what does it mean for the respectivebusiness or function refiningbusiness functional or regional strategiestogether with the Senior Strategy Partner.
Support in drivingtheoperationalization of our strategydefiningand prioritizingstrategic initiatives together withtherespectiveLeadersand support on ongoing strategic decision making.
Become thebusinessexpert of the area you will support andprovidecontext and insightsto theleadershipteam.
Buildlong-lastingandtrustingrelationships across our businessutilizingyourgreat stakeholder management skillsandensurebuy-in into the recommendations through excellent written and verbal communication skills.
What we are looking for
Afuture colleaguewith a strategic mindset who thrivesin a collaborative environment with teams and senior stakeholders.
2-4 years from a top-tier management consultancyand/or asimilar role fromaninternational/globalorganizations.
Excellentstakeholder managementskills anda proventrack recordof beingcapableinchallengingand influencingstakeholders across all seniority levels.
A logicalapproach to complex problemsand ability tocommunicate effectively and confidently challenge stakeholders and team members across all levels.
Ability to useyourproblem-solvingtoolboxtoparticipateinstrategy work andconsulting-typeprojectsworking alongside our in-house consulting teamandalsoworkindependently in preparingrelevant materialforsenior stakeholders.
Ability tothrive inanenvironment of open andconstructivefeedback. Youseekto develop yourself and others by receiving and delivering feedback in a constructiveandempathetic manner.
