Role Summary and Impact

The Data Analytics & Business Intelligence Specialist is a pivotal role within the Analytics & Insights department at WPP Media tasked with transforming raw data and market trends into actionable insights. This position is responsible for the effective analysis and interpretation of information generating valuable insights for the planning team ensuring the accuracy and veracity of digital dashboards and proactively identifying new business opportunities through deep dives into consumer behavior and media performance. By leveraging social listening developing media trend analyses and driving process optimization this role directly contributes to the fulfillment of KPIs the enhancement of client outcomes and the strategic decision-making process ultimately driving the overall success of brand campaigns and operational efficiency.

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis and qualitative research.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel Power BI Looker Studio and database management.
  • Familiarity with market research tools (e.g. IBOPE: TGI IWKS) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proactive curious and results-oriented with a passion for data.

Soft Skills:

  • Assertive communication to translate technical concepts into business language.
