Physical Therapist Assistant
InReach Rehab is seeking a flexible and dedicated full-time or part-time Physical Therapist Assistant (or PT) to join our team at Winner Regional Health in Winner SD. This position is well-suited for a therapist who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient-centered care and supporting rehabilitation in a collaborative rural healthcare environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality therapy services under the supervision of a PT.
- Assist in the development and implementation of treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions including exercises manual therapy and use of modalities.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate timely clinical records.
- Educate patients and families on home programs safety and strategies to support recovery.
- Help maintain a clean safe and organized therapy environment.
- Collaborate with the therapy team and other healthcare staff to ensure coordinated effective care.
- Monitor patient responses to treatment and adjust interventions as appropriate.
- Participate in professional development and contribute to a positive team culture.
Requirements
- Associates degree from an accredited physical therapist assistant program.
- Current South Dakota PTA license (or eligibility).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
- Interest in rural healthcare and collaborative teamwork.
