Physical Therapy Tech

We are seeking a motivated and personable Part-Time Physical Therapy Technician to join our team. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to support both front office operations and clinical care playing an essential part in delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Engagement: Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth ensuring a positive and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive
• Clinical Support: Prepare treatment areas organize equipment and assist physical therapists with patient setup and positioning during sessions
• Clinic Maintenance: Maintain a clean organized and sanitized environment to promote patient safety and comfort
• Administrative Assistance: Support front office operations including scheduling coordination documentation and general administrative tasks
• Team Collaboration: Adapt between front desk and clinical responsibilities working closely with team members to ensure seamless clinic operations

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in physical therapy healthcare or a related clinical setting (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact compassionately with patients
• Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing administrative tasks and maintaining clinical areas
• Ability to multitask and transition flexibly between front desk and clinical responsibilities
• Physical capability to assist with patient positioning and equipment handling as needed
• Reliability and a collaborative team-oriented mindset
