Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments in critical care settings
Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with neurological disorders
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to provide optimal care
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Educate patients and families on disease management and treatment options
Document patient interactions and care plans in electronic medical records
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care
Stay current with best practices in critical care and neurology
Requirements
Associate degree in Nursing or related field
Current NP or PA certification with a focus in Critical Care or Neurology
Previous experience in a critical care or neurology setting preferred
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems
Commitment to ongoing education and professional development
