Job summary

As a Senior Analyst Client Service in the Client Support Group (CSG) within Client Onboarding and Service (COS) Solution Center youwill support clients through key service moments by assessing needs guiding them through processes and delivering effective solutions with a focus on client build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders while helping ensure efficient consistent service also partner with fraud recovery colleagues to address and resolve client inquiries related to fraud.

Job responsibilities

  • Assessclient needs anddelivereffective solutions focused on client satisfaction.
  • Guideclients through each stage of the service process andeducatethem on available self-service options.
  • Collaborateacross teams tooptimizeproductivity andensureefficient service delivery.
  • Buildtrusted relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients toenhancethe overall client experience.
  • Applyfoundational knowledge of commercial treasury management products and services tosupportclient requirements.
  • Partnerwith Fraud Recovery colleagues toaddressandresolveclient inquiries related to fraud.
  • Prioritizemultiple requests effectively whilemaintaininghigh-quality accurate execution.
  • Escalatecomplex or atypical issues appropriately to support timely resolution.
  • Communicateclearly and professionally with clients and partners across written and verbal channels.

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

  • 2 years of work experiencein client service operations or a related support function.
  • Strong organizational skillswith the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skillsand consistent attention to detail.
  • Ability to escalatecomplex or atypical issues appropriately.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skillsto support clients and internal partners.
  • Demonstrated adaptabilityand commitment to continuous learning.
  • Sound judgmentand the ability to make effective decisions in day-to-day execution.

Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills

  • Bachelors degree.
  • Foundational knowledge of commercial treasury management products and services.
  • Demonstrated relationship-building and partnership skillsacross clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong critical thinking and tactical execution skillsin a client-facing support environment.
