Job Summary

This role is part of our eBay Inhouse team where you will be employed by DEPT but embedded within eBay.

JOB PURPOSE

This role sits in the eBay EU Brand team you will be responsible for delivering our brand led eBay Live production and event activity across Fashion and Collectibles categories.

WHAT YOULL DO:

  • Be responsible for endtoend planning and scheduling for eBay Live and brand IRL and online events aligning with the overarching framework and activation strategy; in partnership with event and brand leads.
  • Partner with category brand managers to translate category strategies into event and eBay Live plans ensuring each activation ladders up to category objectives and audience insights.
  • Own inmarket delivery for brandled eBay Live activations from planning and briefing through live execution and postcampaign review capturing learnings and best practices.
  • Oversee event and production execution with brand managers programming team and agency partners defining runofshow technical requirements and supporting plans
  • Ensure all event and eBay Live activity is delivered on budget and to defined scope and quality; forecast track and reconcile costs and timelines.
  • Manage relationships with event and production agency partners; set scopes of work and deliverables negotiate terms and hold partners accountable to creative/production standards.
  • Build implement and monitor the event measurement framework; evaluate impact across reach engagement conversion and brand metrics and recommend datadriven optimisations.

  • Event and production experience
  • Experience in working with agency partners confident in briefing managing and overseeing execution
  • Exceptionally strong project management and organizational skills; able to juggle multiple workstreams and timelines.
  • Clear communicator who thrives in cross-functional setups and fast-paced environments
  • Flexibility required in working hours and travel to be able to support key events in person
  • Proficiency in both German and English languages
