Semiconductor Device and Reliability Expert (fmdiv.)
Job Summary
The Bosch Sensortec ASIC team creates cutting-edge semiconductor solutions for our sensor products. For our hybrid integration of MEMS sensors and semiconductor wafers we are looking for an experienced CMOS Device and Reliability Engineer to join our team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Assessing the impact of the hybrid integration process on CMOS device functionality performance and reliability
Implementing measures such as reliability models within the design environment in collaboration with the design support team
Building a comprehensive cross-project and cross-domain knowledge base
Creating qualification plans for sensor modules organizing the execution of reliability tests and evaluating the results
Performing root cause analysis and problem-solving in the event of issues and failures
Qualifications :
- Personality: Outstanding problem solving skills excellent communication skills structured and systematic way of working curiosity to discover new areas
- Working Practice: Experienced in collaboration with international teams of experts in IC design MEMS design MEMS process integration
- Experience and Knowledge: Strong technical background and 5 years of experience in reliability engineering semiconductor technology or technology-related IC design
- Languages: English German is a plus
- Education: Completed Degree of electrical engineering or comparable qualification
