Based in Sorocaba Brazil reporting to Project Investment Manager you will be responsible for automation project management acting in the design development detailing cost estimation and project schedule phases. Prepare technical reports through participation in interface meetings with various sectors of the company. Manage multidisciplinary teams and be responsible for ensuring the execution and margin of projects organizing the demands of the various sectors involved reporting the status of each project to the respective client in addition to maintaining a communication channel with internal and external customers in accordance with established policies guidelines strategies and legislation. You will focus on the following activities:
Roles & Responsibilities:
Plan coordinate and supervise industrial automation projects from conception to completion.
Develop detailed project schedules work plans and budgets.
Manage multidisciplinary teams including engineers technicians and other professionals.
Ensure projects are completed on time on budget and to quality standards.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects.
Maintain effective communication with customers suppliers and other stakeholders.
Conduct technical and economic feasibility analyses for new projects.
Implement and monitor quality and safety control systems (Regulatory Standards (NR10 and NR12) risk analysis environmental licenses (Previo Installation and Operation).
Who are we looking for
We are looking for professionals with the following skills and motivations:
Degree in Electrical Mechanical Control and Automation Engineering or related areas.
Proven experience in managing industrial automation projects aimed at the manufacture of electrical cable production machines.
Knowledge of industrial automation (PLCs sensors actuators inverters motors etc.) Industry 4.0 (PLC networks local networks databases application programs) electrical cabinets and powered electrical substations in MV (MV cubicles QGBTs capacitor bank electrical switchboards etc.).
Leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
Additional knowledge considered as a plus:
1. Mechanical Engineering: Structural calculations metallic and non-metallic materials air conditioning lubrication and maintenance of machines.
2. Civil engineering: Management of civil works (soil drilling foundations reinforced concrete and metallic structures roofing in metallic structure and tiles).
