The US Precision Medicine/Thoracic Franchise is poised for growth with numerous oncology therapies including LORBRENA treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) coupled with a strong future thoracic pipeline.

We are seeking a strategic leader to join the US LORBRENA team on a 12-month secondment as HCP Marketing Strategy Lead. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead HCP focused initiatives during the potential launch of new follow-up data for the brand and will report to the US Lung Team Lead. This role will be responsible for shaping and executing HCP marketing strategies collaborating cross-functionally with sales medical affairs analytics access patient solutions CMO advocacy and working closely with US lung marketing teammates. The role requires strong strategic communication and analytical thinking as well as creativity judgment and decision-making skills. The team operates in an environment that embraces and encourages innovative ideas and creates a culture of supportiveness and teamwork. This individual needs to manage multiple priorities have attention to detail collaborate across the enterprise and learn from and improve upon existing processes or develop/implement new processes where presence situation/organizational awareness and negotiation skills are imperative for success.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee overall HCP Strategy for LORBRENA: Direct and integrate promotional initiatives to ensure a cohesive and effective strategy and flawless execution.

  • Lead the CROWN Data Launch: Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the CROWN follow-up data launch ensuring that all core and supplemental promotional materials are developed approved and available both prior to and immediately at launch.

  • Promotional Material Development: Develop update and maintain all core (DSP CVA) and supplemental promotional resources required for the field force ensuring alignment with the latest data and strategic objectives.

  • Gap Identification and Approval Management: Proactively identify additional promotional materials needed for successful HCP engagement.

  • Marketing and Sales Liaison: Serve as the primary liaison between the marketing and sales teams acting as the main point of contact for field force leadership to ensure seamless communication and execution of marketing strategies.

  • HCP Segmentation and Targeting: Lead ongoing efforts to analyze segment and refresh HCP targeting strategies ensuring optimal resource allocation and enhanced engagement.

  • Sales Meetings Leadership: Act as the Marketing Lead during sales meetings including ONMs and POA sessions providing field updates sharing insights and setting strategic direction from the marketing perspective.

  • Innovative HCP Promotion: Identify develop and implement additional personal promotion strategies and tactics aimed at maximizing field success and deepening relationships with HCPs.

  • Support 2027 Brand Planning activities: Drive and oversee all aspects of Brand Strategy Operational and Tactical Planning for the upcoming year ensuring a unified approach and alignment with both short- and long-term business objectives.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree and 10 years of pharmaceutical industry experience required or Masters degree and 9 years of experience or Ph.D./PharmD and 7 years of experience required.

  • Demonstrated success executing complex marketing programs

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with varied internal stakeholders to improve business performance

  • Demonstrated ability to manage advertising and other agencies to produce communications that impact business performance

  • Solid business acumen and organizational skills with excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills for a wide variety of audiences including senior management

  • Strong analytical skills; detail and action oriented; creative

  • Experience with product positioning and branding is required

  • Strong written verbal and interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively both one-on-one and in groups

  • Self-motivated and a team player

  • Demonstrated analytical skills

  • Ability to effectively lead and influence an indirect team

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver results on multiple complex competing projects in a deadline-oriented environment

  • Ability to effectively lead a collaborative team environment

  • Must be driven by success

  • Must be able to organize multiple projects over time

  • Agency or vendor management experience required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • MBA or other advanced degree highly desirable

  • Previous in-line US Marketing experience preferred

  • Oncology experience preferred but not required

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and making complex decisions quickly

  • Ability to synthesize and analyze complex data and understand trends and mathematical calculations

  • Expected domestic travel 20%

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed for congresses sales meetings and customer engagements
