We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Used Car Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced automotive environment. As a Used Car Sales Associate you will engage with customers understand their needs and guide them through the car buying process while maintaining a strong knowledge of our inventory and the automotive market.

As a Used Car Sales Associate you will engage with customers understand their needs and guide them through the car buying process while maintaining a strong knowledge of our inventory and the automotive market.
Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Conduct thorough presentations of vehicles highlighting features and benefits.
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of inventory control and market trends.
- Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and optimize inventory management.
- Perform outbound sales activities to generate leads and expand the customer base.
- Communicate effectively with customers providing clear information about financing options warranties and service plans.
- Participate in public speaking engagements or community events to promote the dealership and its offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to meet sales targets and improve overall performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales or outbound sales preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts for effective inventory control and sales analysis.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong public speaking skills for engaging presentations to customers or at events.
- A passion for automobiles and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or marketing is advantageous.
