Location: Las Vegas NV
Pay Rate: $15.25/hour (W2)
Schedule: Part-time 8-hour shifts Friday Sunday priority (additional hours may be available)
Job Overview
- We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to support a high-traffic retail location on the Las Vegas Strip. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service maintaining merchandise displays and supporting daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate POS system and handle cash transactions accurately
- Stock stage and replenish merchandise on the sales floor
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
- Assist with inventory counts and product ticketing
- Promote products and support sales through customer engagement
- Support store operations including sales floor and cash wrap
Requirements
- Previous retail cashier or customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable with cash handling and POS systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends (Friday Sunday required)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs regularly
- Ability to push up to 50 lbs (stocking merchandise)
- Active role requiring standing walking and stocking
