Essential for the Nursery Deputy Manager Role
A minimum Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
A minimum 3 years experience leading or supporting a team in a nursery or early years setting
Has experience of being in a management role supporting the nursery in the absence of the Manager
Strong knowledge of EYFS Ofsted requirements and safeguarding practices
Support and supervise staff while delivering high-quality care and education across the nursery setting
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures within the setting
Build positive relationships with children families and staff in the nursery setting

Passionate about early years education and childrens development within a nursery setting
Confident leader able to motivate and support staff and contribute to the management team
