About our Clients

Our clients 90 plus place Nursery in High Wycome are now seeking an experienced Nursery Deputy Manager to join the management team in the day to day running of their beautiful nursery. You will need to be an experienced Nursery Deputy Manager who has managed a large team. Hours are 40 per week with salary c34k and a 1000 welcome bonus together with great benefits including 60% of Childcare costs.


Requirements

What our Clients are looking for

Essential for the Nursery Deputy Manager Role
A minimum Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
A minimum 3 years experience leading or supporting a team in a nursery or early years setting
Has experience of being in a management role supporting the nursery in the absence of the Manager
Strong knowledge of EYFS Ofsted requirements and safeguarding practices
Support and supervise staff while delivering high-quality care and education across the nursery setting
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures within the setting
Build positive relationships with children families and staff in the nursery setting

Ideal Nursery Deputy Manager Candidate
Passionate about early years education and childrens development within a nursery setting
Confident leader able to motivate and support staff and contribute to the management team
Proactive flexible and committed to maintaining high standards across the setting
Promotes best practice ensuring a safe nurturing and stimulating environment in the nursery supporting the team on a daily basis
