Job Summary
Talentmark are recruiting for a Commercial Managerto join a multinational multi-industry company on a contract basis for 6 months. This is a hybrid with some on-site requirements in Stone Staffordshire.
Salary:
18.21 ph PAYE or 24.18 ph via Umbrella

Commercial Manager Role:
- Provide guidance and leadership on contract-related matters.
- Develop contract strategies based on company policies customer requirements and the overall execution strategy.
- Identify the contract baseline and identify areas of opportunity and potential risk.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of commercial aspects on a portfolio of contracts and subcontracts.
- Support the Legal team in handling formal dispute resolution litigation and arbitration proceedings.
- Hold a degree in a relevant subject or have equivalent working experience.
- Extensive experience in contract management.
- Experience within the energy sector would be a distinct advantage.
- Excellent stakeholder management.
- Effective communications and influencing skills.
