Responsible for providing accounting services for the Platform and maintaining its financial records in compliance with
all federal state local and professional requirements by performing the following duties:
Ensure accurate and timely compilation of accounting information analysis and reporting in accordance with
Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and company policies and procedures.
o Prepares and performs various journal entries and assists Platform with the close process.
o Assists in general ledger operations and preparation of monthly financial statements.
o Reviews and reconciles the bank accounts monthly.
o Reviews and reconciles a defined set of accounts monthly.
o Supports the Platform with weekly and monthly reporting needs.
o Responsible for building and summarizing the annual sales budget.
o Assists with the preparation and coordination of internal audits.
o Assist tax processes including real estate personal property sales/use.
o Ad-hoc reporting and special projects as required.
o May perform other duties as required.
