Senior Accountant

Job Summary
- Support monthly quarterly and annual close ensuring accurate and compliant financial reporting.
- Manage AR intercompany transactions cash management bank reconciliations and payroll-related accruals.
- Review job costs project budgets accruals and variances to support project and business decisions.
- Maintain asset lease inventory tax and licensing accounting in line with policies and regulations.
- Prepare adhoc analyses support audits and collaborate crossfunctionally on process and system improvements
Qualifications :
- Experience in construction or project accounting within a medium to large organization including project cost structures and controlling.
- Solid knowledge of GAAP and handson experience with ERP systems (Sage 300 or similar).
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office; comfort using digital AI and automation tools.
- Detailoriented adaptable and resilient professional with strong communication skills across stakeholders.
