Job Summary
DeVoe Buick GMC is looking for an Assistant Service Advisor to join our growing service team.

Position Overview
The Assistant Service Advisor plays a key role in supporting the Service Advisors and ensuring our customers receive an exceptional service experience from check-in to vehicle delivery. This role is ideal for someone who is organized detail-oriented and enjoys being part of a team that works together to achieve shared goals.

Responsibilities
- Assist Service Advisors with daily service lane operations
- Greet customers and help guide them through the service process
- Help maintain accurate repair orders
- Communicate with technicians and advisors to ensure efficient workflow
- Provide updates to customers regarding vehicle status when needed
- Assist with vehicle check-ins and ensure customer information is accurate
- Support the service team in maintaining a clean organized service drive
- Help ensure vehicles move efficiently through the service process
- Deliver a professional friendly customer experience that reflects The DeVoe Way
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Assistant Service Advisor
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong team mentality
- Computer and phone communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with advisors technicians and management
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
