A desire to make a positive difference wherever we operate has always been at the heart of our business. It was over 30 years ago when we were a small maintenance contractor with a single van; and it still is now we are a truly national company.

Were now looking for an experienced Glazier to join our growing team working in a busy repairs environment across residential properties.

Role Responsibilities

• Replacing broken or damaged glass units in windows and doors
• Installing and repairing UPVC windows doors and frames
• Diagnosing faults and recommending appropriate repair solutions
• Ensuring all work meets safety quality and compliance standards
• Working in both occupied and void properties
• Using handheld devices (PDA) to log work and update job status
• Liaising with tenants and colleagues to deliver excellent customer service
• Maintaining tools equipment and company vehicle to a high standard
• Supporting other trades and contributing to a positive team environment

Role Criteria

• Proven experience in glazing and UPVC repairs
• Experience in the above duties
• FENSA approved installer
• Must be competent with all aspects of glazing and UPVC works including installing/replacing hinges handles restrictors locks and sliding gear
• Must have experience of and be able to undertake changing of UPVC trims sills and renewing of double-glazed units
• You must be able to measure glass and doors and confidently order materials with our suppliers
• Must be familiar with composite doors
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication skills - verbal and written
• Basic IT literacy for logging and reporting tasks
• Full UK driving licence
