Position Summary:
Reporting to the Regional Vice-President Business Development Quebec you will be responsible for implementing sales and client retention policies and strategies for the Corporate Accounts business unit.

Key Responsibilities
Participate in the analysis of bids and the development of a financial strategy in this market segment
Plan and follow up on representation activities with the group insurance consulting firms assigned to you
Analyze and negotiate renewals and follow-up on existing clients files assigned to you
Work with Consultants/Advisors Plan Sponsors and Internal Operations to provide exceptional service that meets or exceeds client expectations
Follow-up on the processing of requests from plan administrators and consultants
Promote our products and services to clients and consultants
Develop an effective mode of communication with all internal departments and maintain quality professional relations with all stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a relevant field
AMF certification
Five to ten years experience in group insurance
Very good knowledge of the group insurance market and health services; ability to stand out in the development growth and management of a business block
MS-Office Suite SalesForce
In order to meet the needs of English-speaking clients this position requires bilingualism

The Base Pay range may vary depending on the successful candidate or other relevant job-related factors such as knowledge skills qualifications experience and education/ addition to Base Pay eligible Medavie employees may participate in various performance-based incentive programs. Payments under these programs are discretionary and subject to both individual and organizational results.
