Description

Compliance Operations Analyst

In this role you will impact the overall compliance posture of our organization enabling us to operate efficiently while minimizing risks associated with non-compliance.

You will report directly to our compliance management team and youll work out of our Charlotte NC or or Phoenix AZ location on a hybrid work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work in and build expertise in key compliance systems and processes ensuring to remain up-to-date with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
  • Deliver data-driven and analytical solutions utilizing AI technologies to enhance compliance decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Support the execution of key compliance technology initiatives including the integration of AI tools that improve data processing and compliance workflows.
  • Partner with Compliance Legal IT and Sourcing teams to deliver crucial compliance solutions. Foster strong relationships to ensure alignment and success in compliance initiatives.
  • Prepare and present analytical reports and dashboards using visualization tools like Tableau to communicate compliance metrics and trends to stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of advancements in AI and data analytics relevant to compliance and propose innovative solutions to the compliance team.



Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • A solid understanding of at least one key compliance area with the ability and desire to expand knowledge across the entire compliance landscape.
  • Experience in at least one key compliance technology area and a willingness to broaden expertise across critical compliance systems.
  • Familiarity with data and visualization tools specifically with experience leveraging an enterprise data warehouse and dashboard solutions particularly Tableau for analytics.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of risk management principles and practices.
