The Job You Will Perform:

• We are looking for motivated individuals who are capable of performing a multitude of maintenance lead functions in a flexible fast-paced production environment.
• Our workplace requires individuals who understand the needs of the business while maintaining a focus on safety customer satisfaction quality and productivity.
• Specific responsibilities include: maintenance crewing (electrical and mechanical) repair/maintenance of production equipment to optimize machine reliability preventive maintenance initiatives on-going equipment troubleshooting and repair of machines as well as managing parts/service sourcing including onsite contractors.
• Candidates must be willing to work alternative shifts weekends and overtime as required.
• The hiring process for successful candidates will include a pre-employment aptitude test and team interview.

The Skills You Will Bring:

• Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Minimum qualifications for consideration are a high school degree (or equivalent experience) and 2-5 years of maintenance lead experience with at least 2 years with the same employer.
• Candidates for consideration should have troubleshooting skills in industrial electrical hydraulic pneumatic and mechanical failures and the aptitude to correct those failures.
• Accurately completing administrative documents and following directions are important work traits.
• Candidates must demonstrate technical experience reliability and the ability to work independently.
• Candidates for this position must also be well versed in various computer systems (word outlook excel etc.).
• Successful candidates will possess strong leadership and organizational skills while also assisting other maintenance techs as well as performing regular maintenance tasks on the floor on a daily basis.
